Add the egg replacer or the whole eggs. add the water in small batches and check the consistency of the batter, if you need more or less water is ok. we look for a dense mixture. Not too liquid. (Watch the video, step by step).
In a Preheated pan-fry with Oil, place an amount of the codfish batter and start to fry it until golden brown.
After frying, place them in a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil if necessary.
Mix all the ingredients and serve with the codfish fritters as a dip.
This Recipe can be used as an appetizer with the cucumber vinaigrette to dip in the fritters or as a whole meal with Jazmin Rice on the side.
